Superior Sheds

Have a question about our services? We have the answer. Check out these FAQs and give us a call today for more information!

  • What permits are required for a shed installation?

Permit requirements differ depending on your local municipality. Since our structures are pre-built, most areas typically only require a shed or zoning permit, if any at all. We recommend contacting your local authorities to determine the specific requirements for your area.
  • Is a concrete foundation necessary for my shed?

A concrete foundation isn't typically necessary unless mandated by local building codes. Our sheds are designed to be installed on a level surface. While some customers choose to place stone beneath the structure, it's not a requirement for installation.
  • How is my shed delivered and set up?

We provide free delivery and setup within a 50-mile radius of our location. For distances beyond 50 miles, delivery costs are calculated based on the specific requirements of the move. Our team utilizes professional equipment, including specialized shed movers, to ensure safe and efficient placement, even in challenging locations.
  • Can I customize my shed?

Customization is certainly possible. We offer a custom shed builder tool that enables you to design a shed according to your specifications, including size, style, color, and features. If you prefer personalized assistance, our team is available to help you create the ideal shed based on your specific needs.
  • Do you offer Rent-to-Own options?

We do offer a rent-to-own program that doesn't require a credit check. This option makes it more convenient for customers to acquire the shed they need without the complexities of traditional financing methods.
  • Can my shed be relocated in the future?

Our buildings are constructed with durability in mind and can be relocated if necessary. However, we only move sheds that we've built ourselves, as we can't guarantee the structural integrity of sheds constructed by other companies.
  • Do you offer repairs for existing sheds?

While our primary business is new shed sales, we can consider repair options on an individual basis. We recommend contacting us directly to discuss your specific repair needs and determine if we can assist.
